This privacy policy provides information on the rules and guidelines followed by Anaunia S.r.l. concerning the processing of personal data from users of the website www.anaunia.it. As the website operates and is hosted in Italian territory, the information and data concerning the site’s users will be processed by Anaunia S.r.l. in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Purpose, methods of personal data processing, and retention period
Anaunia S.r.l. informs website users that the data collected will be used solely for the purposes specified below and to keep users updated on news, promotions, contests, and Anaunia S.r.l.’s general activities.
Anaunia S.r.l. will use the data collected to:

c) market research or other research useful for improving its products or services; for this purpose, the legal basis is art. 6, para. 1, letter f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the data controller); data collected for this purpose will be retained until the legitimate interest of the data controller is met.
Data collected may be processed electronically or in paper format and will always be protected by adequate security systems that are constantly updated and stored in a secure and controlled environment.
Mandatory or optional nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide data
Providing data is optional, except where the data must be used to execute a contract or service requested by the user. In such cases, any refusal to provide the data will make it impossible for Anaunia S.r.l. to execute the requested task.
The use of the user's contact information for purposes related to sending promotional messages and newsletters will occur only after obtaining the data subject's consent, which can be provided by completing the subscription form. Subscription and related data processing are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, which can be done via the link provided in each email.

Data subjects can contact Anaunia S.r.l. in writing to exercise their rights established by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including accessing their data at any time and obtaining a copy, rectifying or supplementing them if inaccurate or incomplete, deleting or limiting their processing where applicable, opposing their processing for reasons related to their particular situation, and requesting data portability when processed automatically based on consent or for the execution of the contract.
